CANEY CREEK RV RESORT

I really enjoyed Caney Creek. We were there in the "off season".. so not too many campers. The campground offers several waterfront sites.. but we chose to stay inland a little and maybe cut down on the night time chill from the water.
Met some real nice folks from Louisiana.. they were passing through in a big, nice fifth wheel. I was kinda experimenting with space blankets from Cabela's.. making my own "gizmos" for the bunk ends. On day two, the guy gave me some tarp clamps to secure the blankets. They worked great!
You can see the attached blankets in pic #4. I was trying the blankets as a cooling tool.. with the reflective side out. They were attached with bungee cords in this picture.
